We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery time
Delivery takes about 7 days after dispatch, so allow around 8 days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier and peak periods. They are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@nestabee.com as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Late or lost parcels
If your parcel is late or appears lost, email support@nestabee.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
